Week listings and previews for our Korean Players Abroad. Some good news I guess, Yun Suk-Young gets a loan transfer to Charlton Athletic. Even though they are on the brink of relegation, hopefully now he will get some league playing time. Europa League on was yesterday, Son Heung-Min started as Tottenham faced Fiorentina, Park Joo-Ho’s Borussia Dortmund won 2:0 against Suk Hyun-Jun’s Porto and our Korean trio of Koo, Ji and Hong’s Augsburg keeps Liverpool at bay with a scoreless draw. Korean derby is on this week, Tottenham vs Crystal Palace, Son Heung-Min vs Lee Chung-Yong. What will you be watching this weekend?

Saturday 10:00 AM Yun Suk-Young Charlton Athletic Fulham
Saturday 10:00 AM Lee Chung-Yong Crystal Palace @Tottenham Hotspur (FA Cup)
Saturday 9:30 PM Kim Jin-Su Hoffenheim Mainz
Sunday 9:30 AM Park Joo-Ho Borussia Dortmund @Leverkusen
Sunday 10:00 AM Son Heung-Min Tottenham Hotspur Crystal Palace (FA Cup)
Sunday 11:30 AM Hong Jeong-Ho Augsburg Hannover
Sunday 11:30 AM Ji Dong-Won Augsburg Hannover
Sunday 11:30 AM Koo Ja-Cheol Augsburg Hannover
Sunday 1:15 PM Suk Hyun-Jun FC Porto Moreirense

**As Swansea City were knocked out of the FA Cup early on, Swans and Ki Sung-Yueng gets a week’s rest.

I expect Yun Suk-Young to be on the bench this week, too early for him to start league games.

Lee Chung-Yong has been pretty decent these last couple of weeks, I expect him to either start of be in reserves against Tottenham. This will be a tough game for Crystal Palace as Tottenham are in top form right now. Let’s hope Chungy starts, as many people have been looking forward to a Korean derby.

Kim Jin-Su didn’t make the squad list last week as the new coach is sticking to a new formation. Let’s hope he makes bench at least this week against Mainz.

Park Joo-Ho hasn’t been making the squad list in weeks, Korea’s national team coach Uli Stielike has been getting worried as our Koreans aren’t doing too well at their respective clubs. With Borussia Dortmund facing Bayer Leverkusen this week, I expect them to play their best 11. I expect Park to make the bench at least this week.

Son Heung-Min started in the Europa League against Fiorentina this week, I expect him to either start or be benched against Crystal Palace. Start Sonny Pochettino, as I want to see a proper Korean derby.

Looks out Hong Jeong-Ho will be out for a couple of weeks, another injury. Get well soon Hong, Augsburg really needs your help.

Koo Ja-Cheol came on as a sub in the Europa League this week, I expect him to start against Hannover. Time for Augsburg to collect some points.

Ji Dong-Won should start against Hannover.

I expect Suk Hyun-Jun to either start or be benched for Porto against Moreirense.
