I see that Azadi stadium's got makeover and it's a bit smaller than it used to be (100,000 -> 95,000 -> 78,000).

regardless, it will be a tough game. If you are Uli -  how will you line-up your team vs Iran?

i will start;

Kim Seunggyu

Oh Jaesuk-Kwak Taehwi-Kim Keehee-Ko Kwangmin

Koo Jacheol-Ki Sungyueng-Kim Bokyung

Ji Dongwon-Suk Hyunjun-Son Heungmin

FYI, Uli is trying out a 3-4-3 in training.

yea i saw the tweet by Steve Han, but the 4-3-3 is how I would go with the line-up (;

It will be very interesting to see if Uli will actually opt for 3-4-3 or 3-5-2 against Iran! we will wait and see

all good haha.

the 3-4-3 didn't pick up any news in Korean media after steve Han tweeted it out... Still, I'll assume we do that:

SHM KSW LCY

OJS HKY LJS LY

KTH KSY JHS

KJH

In a 4-1-4-1 (which we'll probably do, though the rebellious part of me kind of wants the 3-4-3):

JDW

SHM KSY LJS LCY

HKY

JDH KTH JHS OJS

KJH

imo, Lee Yong leaves so much space behind him that as a wingback it's less of a big deal than if he were a fullback - I'd want Jeong Dongho and Oh Jaesuk is we're doing a back four. Kwak Taehwi-Jang Hyunsoo was actually the pairing against Iran in November 2014. Also, Shin Taeyong's 3-4-3 (what they were probably trying out) had a target man, hence KSW. Nonetheless, I want Lee Jaesung and Lee Chungyong to start this game, especially the former though. His aggressive passing might be enough to break through Iranian lines and unlock their midfield block of 4.

Of course I am an idiot and of course Lee Yong got injured. I mean Ko Kwangmin lol. KKM would go on the left and Oh Jaesuk would shift out to the right - my justifiable reason - KKM has played wingback so many times this season for FC Seoul so he's a natural at that position now
