FC Seoul player Jung Jo-Gook gets banned for three K League matches

The 27th was K League match day 18 FC Seoul vs Suwon Samsung Bluewings. With the FC Seoul and Suwon Samsung Bluewings Super Match being one of best derbies and the strongest rivalries in the K League it was bound to be competitive and bloody. Both teams were motivated to win. If you’ve watched the match it was like watching a battlefield, the whole match was full of yellow cards and harsh fouls.

On the 19th minute of the game FC Seoul forward Jung Jo-Gook viciously elbowed Suwon Samsung Bluewings full back Choi Jae-Soo. For this action Jung Jo-Gook was given a ban of three K League matches and fined US $2700 by the Korea Football Association for this action.
