Week listings and previews for our Korean Players Abroad. Sad week for our Taeguk Warriors fans, both EPL players Lee Chung-Yong and Son Heung-Min has sustained injuries and will be out for the October World Cup Qualifiers and International Friendlies. Putting that aside, Der Klassiker is on this week. Bayern Munich vs Borussia Dortmund,  one of the best football derbies in the world. Definitely the match to watch this weekend.

Suk Hyun-Jun is in great form, he even scored a goal last week against his former club Nacional.  I expect him to start.

Lee Chung-Yong recently sustained an injury during training, he won’t be making an appearance this week.

Kim Jin-Su have been benched these couple of games, I expect another bench appearance from him as Hoffenheim has working with the formation that drew against Borussia Dortmund two weeks ago.

Yun Suk-Young is still injured, I don’t expect an appearance for him this week.

Ki Sung-Yueng is fit again and has been starting with the team, I expect him to start against Tottenham.

Son Heung-Min sustained a foot injury last week against Manchester City, he won’t be making an appearance. So sad he is injured as I would love to see a Ki vs Son Korean derby.

Hong Jeong-Ho has been first choice for Augsburg and returned from his recent injury, I expect him to start.

Ji Dong-Won started for Augsburg in the Europa League this week had a good game but accidently put in an own goal (poor Ji). I expect a bench appearance for him this week. Congratulations on Ji getting called up for the national team again, I really hope he scores in either the WCQ or international friendlies so he can get a confidence booster.

Koo Ja-Cheol has been great for Augsburg, he should start. Kudos on him scoring a goal last week.

Ryu-Seung-Woo hasn’t been making the squad list lately, I don’t think he will even make a bench appearance.

This will be Park Joo-Ho’s first Der Klassiker, how exciting. Park Joo-Ho was great in the Europa League yesterday, he nearly scored a goal. I expect a bench appearance for him this week. Video link to Park Joo-Ho’s attempt at goal http://on.fb.me/1LnSxVU
