Weekend Roundup 10/31-11/1

So the weekend review has been neglected as of late with all the national team drama going on, but it’s back! And this time we have some degree of positive news for you guys because pretty much all but 2 KPA started (SHM is one of those two and he’s still injured). Their performances themselves were so-so, but more on that below:

Our best performer this weekend was probably Ki Sung Yong:

Though I think Kim Jin Su has a solid shout at that accolade because he finally came back onto the starting lineup and fared very well, helping Hoffenheim keep a clean sheet. And remember that if there’s 1 team in the Bundesliga incapable of producing clean sheets that’s not called Hamburg, it’d be Hoffenheim.

Koo Ja Cheol was our lone goalscorer this weekend, helping his team claw back from a 2-0 deficit.

I thought JDW was fairly solid as well:

Hong Jeong Ho was playing well until he was solely responsible for an error that led to Yoshinori Muto scoring. No ball touch of him yet, though I suspect it’ll be up very soon

As of now, SHJ is playing the second half of his match vs. Arouca – to be updated!
