Friendly reminder, Son Heung-Min and Bayer Leverkusen will be in action tonight/today for matchday 5 of the Champions League against Manchester United. Bayer will be looking to continue their solid run of home form, as well as get a bit of revenge for the matchday 1 loss to United.
United drew, as all Korean fans will know, with Kim Bo-Kyung’s Cardiff City side on the weekend. That draw interrupted United’s decent run of form, and re-raised questions about United and manager David Moyes’ abilities this season. Robin Van Persie, Nemanja Vidic, and Marouane Fellaini will all miss the game for United. For Bayer, the only big miss will be Sidney Sam who is injured after suffering a muscle tear during their 1-0 win over Hertha SBC on the weekend.
