Stumbling in from lots of studying (minus a depressing NHL playoffs interlude that sees my team drop another one to the local favorite – best to keep my head low for a bit) so a very quick weekend listings from me. Will try to regain form in the coming weeks. Props to Mr. Roy for filling in for most of the Tavern crew these past couple of weeks.
Note: I’ll be having a recap of the last few rounds in the K League on Monday. Tonight is the first super match of the year between Seoul and Suwon so keep an eye out for that.

Everyone looking at starts minus Lee Chungyong (injury) and Yun Sukyoung (off).
In the Middle East, Lee Myeongjoo’s Al-Ain have won the Arabian Gulf League (UAE) while Nam Taehee’s Lekhwiya have won the Qatar Stars League. Lee Keunho’s El-JAish nabs the last ACL spot. In Saudi Arabia, Kwak Taehwi’s Al-Hilal have hit a fantastic run of form and now find themselves within 2 points of 2nd place. Kwak’s Al-Hilal haven’t conceded a league goal since February.
